The Challenge

The existing three conveyors with a combined capacity of 150 t/h were aging, frequently breaking down, and causing production stops. The client needed a single reliable solution to increase throughput and reduce maintenance downtime.

Our Solution

Designed a single steep-angle conveyor with 250 t/h capacity using chevron belt to prevent material rollback. Integrated a drive cleaning device powered by chain transmission from the drive shaft. The steep angle eliminated the need for multiple conveyor stages.

Scope of Work

Full mechanical design, 3D modeling in SolidWorks, complete engineering documentation, conveyor belt selection, drive system design, author's supervision during manufacturing and installation.

Result

Throughput increased by 100 t/h. Three unreliable conveyors eliminated. Production downtime reduced significantly due to simplified maintenance of a single unit.
